AutoFill Options in MS Excel

    Hello – Sorry for the delay in responding. In order to AutoFill 1a, 1b,1c, etc. you first need to add these values as a “Custom List” in Excel. If you have a “numeric value” as the 1st or last character in a cell, Excel automatically increments the number (Area 1m Area 2 or 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, etc.
    “Custom Lists” are easy to create – I have several videos that show you how – and they are available to all Excel workbooks on your computer.
