Does anyone ever make money in network marketing?

There is this guy I really respect who is getting into network marketing. Naturally, he’s trying to get me involved. I think there must be a reason that are so many complex rules for one, and I assume this reason doesn’t benefit my friend. There are actually a few things that make me suspicious about it…I want to hear if anyone knows anyone out there who actually makes money doing this. I feel like this guy is wasting his time and effort.

  1. Network marketing scams are usually just that, scams. They almost never (99.3% failure for most) make money except for the guy who came up with it or a few that got in on the ground floor.

I would get a lot more information before even considering such a program. These things are usualy a bad investment of time and money, and often times are illegal.

  2. according to my clickbank statements and checks, last month i made roughly 2300. that ‘s after i pay my search engines and such. so before that i would guestimate about 2800. hope he does well. at first you need to put some time and effort into it, then it just goes up and the time spent on it goes down. i’ve only been doing this for about 3 months. it depends what he’s doing. i sell e-books. i think it depends on if you’re relying on your own product, or trying to cross sell someone else’s product. i hope he does very well!

  3. Yes,
There is a money in it – if you are early enough and it also counts if you are very eager to make some money.

The product is very very expensive so therefore you have to have a good marketing strategy. Almost to the point of lying – but in sales who does not lie to have a sale? It’s like real state – you have to get the need of the people to get a sale.

  4. Yes always

the only wat to get people to market your business is to ask them to pay you so you pay them! without it people aint gonna do it for free. Some MLM’s use the idea of people paying a sum montly so that also when the affiliates bring people to the business, they get paid person. Its great.

    Different products in MLM:

-service ie classifeds or auctions or a e-script for affiliates to sell.
    -physical ie: health products

People get paid in different ways depending on the business idea. Its an easy concept and idea andwoolworths, eBay, amazone and other major businesses out there do it too.

It is hard to find other genuine ones out there though.

  5. Network Marketing is like any other business or discipline. It takes time, practice, and training to master. Beginners are usually in for a rude awakening when they realize that it’s not a get rich quick scheme and actually takes hard work and patience to succeed. That’s why most people quit after the first month.

Your friend is not wasting his time and could actually make tons of money as a marketer. That’s the beauty of it! There’s no limit to what you can earn. Remember, it’s not the mlm company or product that determines the success, it’s the individual. If your friend is committed, he will eventually reap the benefits.

Just like everything else in life, you have your winners and losers. Network marketing is NOT a scam! And yes, you can earn a lot of money doing it.

  6. I have done well with Mia Bellas Candle business. We have been working this for 3 years now. It is legit and low startup cost.

    Check out http://www.TeamMiaBellas.com

  7. I’ve been in several network marketing companies, and i would say it depend on a number of things:

    - products being sold and the demand (target market)
    - how legit the company is
    - price of products
    - Training received
    - Support Received from upline
    - Part-time or full time

Now it usually doesn’t go overnight, the way network marketing is suppose to work is that you build up a slow steady residual income. Like 30$ 1-8 month then move up to $50 then by month 14 be up to $200 and so on. Usually it expands rapid after that so that someone could be making 30k a year by year 3 and most of that is residual where they don’t have to do anything.

But most people drop out by then because it wasn’t the quick fix they were looking for, or their upline stopped helping them or quit too.

The one I’m currently with is the best i’ve been with so far, it’s extremely low cost of products which is books (best selling, computer, cooking etc. anything that you can get on amazon too) and the prices are competitive. You get special benefits as member such as discounted books, free e-books and audio books, training, tips on publishing your own book and much more see http://www.wealthbybookz.com if you want to know more… and our focus is online marketing not so much bugging your friends to death until you have none!
