Joining SearchandDevelop.com allows companies access to our many experts and creative thinkers. Searchers can then submit their Quest (the problem they need help with) and that gets sent to our Developers. Once a Developer offers a solution to the Quest and it is verified by the SearchandDevelop.com team, we will then submit this proposal directly to the Searcher. If the proposed Quest Solution is accepted, the Searcher pays SearchandDevelop.com the Award and our administration fee and then the Developer will be paid their award. Once this has been completed, SearchandDevelop.com will connect the Developer with the Searcher directly. At all times before this final step, there is total annonymity – both Searchers and Developers are given different publicly viewable ID numbers for each Quest.
